  • Undertake data analysis and modelling to support planning, performance monitoring, and internal and external reporting in line with our targets and KPIs, external frameworks (CDP, GRESB, EPRA sBPR, RE100 etc), and reporting requirements (SECR, TCFD, IFRS S1/S2, SFDR, etc), including verification and assurance of reported data.
  • Develop robust carbon offsetting and carbon pricing strategy to support our transition to net zero carbon.

What We`re Looking for in You

  • Passionate about sustainability and keen to make a real difference, with a strong background in Carbon and Climate.
  • Experience of climate related risk assessment, scenario modelling, management and reporting in line with best practice (including GHG Protocol, TCFD, SECR, IFRS S1/S2, SFDR etc).
  • Experience and good knowledge of net zero Carbon and Climate related targets and frameworks (including SBTi, CRREM, UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard, RE100 etc), and the development and implementation of net zero carbon transition plans.
  • Numerate, analytical and methodical, with experience and ability handling large data sets using analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, proprietary tools and systems etc) to undertake analysis, scenario modelling, data visualisation and reporting to generate actionable insight that informs planning, decision making, and internal and external reporting and disclosure.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of residual carbon mitigation and offsetting, and of internal carbon pricing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to summarise communicating findings from complex data and to collaboration with key functions such as Estates, Procurement, Project Delivery, Asset Management and the wider Sustainability Team in implementation of our net zero carbon plans.
