Care And Support Assistant ( E-Bike)

Introduction:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Assistant, willing to travel on an E-Bike & who is enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of others. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing essential support to individuals in need, with a focus on flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proving driving ability and ensuring adherence to safety protocols while operating an electric bike.
• Utilizing previous experience in driving a motorbike or scooter to efficiently navigate through assigned routes.
• Providing personalized Care and Support to individuals in their homes or designated care facilities.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Accompanying clients on outings or appointments as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
• Demonstrating flexibility with work timings, including early starts and late finishes, to accommodate the needs of clients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Must have experience in driving a motorbike or scooter.
• Ability to provide evidence of driving ability and compliance with safety regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and compassionate approach towards providing Care and Support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to commute to Hersham-KT12 for early starts or late finishes.
