Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily activities based on individual care plans.
• Support clients with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Foster companionship and build meaningful relationships with clients to promote their emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Taking an active part in children development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in care for children is essential.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Respect for client confidentiality and a professional approach to care.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: £11.44-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 42 per week
