We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
You must have reliable means of transport to ensure you are able to start shift at 07.30, which will include weekend and bank holidays. We do NOT have a sponsorship license.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping duties
- Escort clients to appointments or social outings
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse or healthcare professional
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behaviour
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
