As a valued member of our Wessex House team, Care Assistants are key to helping us provide the support and care our residents deserve.
- Must have Care home experience
- Care Assistants do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which allows our residents to live their lives as they choose.
- You’ll be working from care plans, supporting residents through mealtimes, engaging in activities and providing companionship.

- Our Care Assistant pay rate of £11.44 per hour (£12.44 on weekends!) recognises the value of our team members.
