Care Assistant - Flexible Shifts Available

Here at Home Instead we provide support for our clients in their own homes. Duties may include:

• Assisting with trips out of the house
• Assisting with medication needs
• Support with personal care
• Mobility support
• Meal preparation 
• Household duties

Whilst you're offering all this support to our clients, here is what we can offer you:

• No uniform
• Guaranteed hours contracts
• Pay rates from £12 - £13.50 per hour depending on time of day
• Higher rates if you have completed any NVQ levels – each level raises your rate
• Double Pay on all bank holidays
• Minimum of 35p per mile
• Paid travel time
• Paid wait time
• All mandatory training paid at £12 per hour
• Access to 24hr employee assistance programme
• Responsive & reliable on-call for any emergencies
• Supportive management that listens to your concerns
• Open door office policy
• Start within 6 working days if your DBS is on the update system
