We are recruiting for Domiciliary/home Care Assistants to work within the Cardiff area.

No experience as a Care Assistant is necessary as full training and care induction courses will be provided.

Care Assistant Duties

No two days are the same working as a home Care Assistant / support worker, each day is full of new experiences.

Your regular duties will include:

• Assisting service users and preparing them for the day
• Shopping
• Helping with washing and personal care
• Meal Preparation
• Medication support
• General care
• Routine household and domestic duties

As a Care Assistant you will travel to our service user’s home to provide the care and support needed, therefore a driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential to undertake the role of Care Assistant in the Cardiff area.

As a Care Assistant / support worker you will be warm, friendly, with a strong work ethic, a cheerful outlook, and a genuine passion to make a difference in care.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
