Job description

About Us

West Sussex County Council is a diverse organisation that provides services to more than 850,000 residents. If you are thinking why join West Sussex there is a supportive culture that is second to none. Employees are genuinely valued, respected and there is an emphasis on work life balance.

Our care co-ordinators really enjoy their work within friendly multidisciplinary teams in local Primary Care Networks, but don't just take our word for it here is what some of the team members have to say:

"Working in PCNN is great – it is an MDT so lots of opportunity to develop your health knowledge and skills set. Casework is varied and interesting - every day is different, so you are never ever bored! There is a culture of promoting EDI as well as CPD and individual development. If you want to work in a team that adopts the principle of person-centred working and best practice, then look no further" - Helen.

"I relocated from London to Sussex and was quite apprehensive as to taking a new role outside of London. But I now consider my move to West Sussex as a good move. This team has reassured me that I am not only an employee but I feel supported and able to develop and grow with a warm and friendly team" - Brian.
