### Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Coordinate with medical professionals to provide appropriate care for residents
- Monitor resident care plans and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the facility
- Handle any issues or concerns raised by residents or their families in a timely and professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing home administration
### Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or similar healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of senior care, including dementia care and assisted living
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations
- Understanding of financial management principles related to healthcare facilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
