We are looking for a Registered Home Manager to join us at Elstow manor Our luxurious Care Home in Bedfordshire. We provide award-winning residential care, dementia care, nursing care and respite breaks

What you'll be doing:
- Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the Care Home.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residentsEnsure the Care Home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
- To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' needs and update care plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
Could you be part of our team?
The successful applicant will be/have:
- Registered Home Manager with experience in a similar setting.
- Proven track record working successfully in a Care Home. (Elderly setting).
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Possess committed and organised approach.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
