An exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager
We are currently working with an excellent care provider to find an experienced Home Manager to join their team in Cambridge. The organisation has multiple homes throughout East Anglia and are one of the leading care providers throughout the UK. The home is in a beautiful countryside setting, with excellent facilities and a wonderful team of staff and carers. Our client has worked hard to create a comfortable and positive experience for the service user, which enables them to feel at home within the service. They have also tried to create a supportive environment for each of the members of staff and management team, which helps to develop and improve the service and ensure that each home is providing the best care possible.
Our client prefers to hire experienced management; therefore, each candidate should have 2 years' experience as a Home Manager. You should also have experience in budget management and business development, as you will be expected to work with regional staff to increase profits and improve the service. The perfect candidate should also have experience in CQC compliance, with an excellent understanding of the regulations. It will be the Home Manager's responsibility to maintain high standards of care. The candidate should also have experience in recruitment and staff development / training. You will also be working alongside Carers, Deputy Managers and Regional / Operations Managers; therefore, you will need good relationship building skills to work effectively with different stakeholders.
