Our client, a prominent Care Home with a stellar reputation in the community of Cumnock, Ayrshire, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Care Home Manager to join their team. Position:Care Home Manager (Monday to Friday)

Location: Cumnock, Ayrshire

Salary: £52,000 per year + Annual Bonus + Attractive Perks

Responsibilities:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care by monitoring the staff team, auditing and updating care plans, and regularly evaluating the requirements and preferences of our residents.

Efficiently supervise the service while following all rules, laws, updates, and corporate policies and procedures.

Maintain professional and frequent communication with the Care Inspectorate, local governments, social work departments, environmental health, HSE, fire department, and all other outside authorities.

Assist all staff members with their professional growth, manage disciplinary issues, and conduct regular supervisions, observations, and evaluations.

Regularly assess and audit the service to guarantee that the standards provided to residents are sustained. This includes environmental audits, monthly Care Home audits, and internal medication audits.

Take responsibility for overseeing the home's cash and residents' money.

Hold regular meetings with residents, families/friends, and staff, recording these discussions.

Develop action plans in response to reports, meetings, or visits.

Requirements:

• RGN/RMN experience.
• Live NMC.
• Previous experience managing a Care Home
