About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role as part of a dedicated team, ensuring the personal care needs of our residents are met with the utmost respect for their dignity and a commitment to promoting their independence. Your responsibilities will extend to maintaining consistently high standards in our care services, providing attentive care to our residents, and engaging in various day-to-day activities within our home.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker.

- Preferred: Previous experience as a carer, though not essential
