Care Supervisor

Busy Bee Recruitment are currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our client’s decorative care home based in St Neots.

As Senior Care Assistant you will be providing all levels of support and care to elderly residents based in this beautiful, well-led home whilst assisting the management team in leading other carers’ and completing medication rounds. You will be looking to promote resident independence through supporting with daily tasks and activities which can include all aspects of personal care.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years previous experience within a residential care.
• A NVQ Level 2 qualification in health & social care is desirable nut not essential.
• A genuine passion and desire to help and care for vulnerable groups of adults.
• A reliable schedule where they can commit to shifts.
• A caring and professional mindset and attitude
• Right to work in the UK
• Satisfactory references
