We have a vacancy for a full time Care/Support Shift Leader We invite you to join our team of professionals providing an excellent service to clients all over the City.
Care/Support Shift Leader
Hours: Full Time, 36.5 hours per week
Salary range: £23,781 - £24,563 p.a. plus generous pension contribution and travel costs.
Location: Birmingham
Extensive training provided.
You will lead and support a team of care/support workers who provide daily care/support to adults with learning disabilities/autism to be able to live as independently as possible in a Supported Living setting.
You will have experience and understanding of support and/or care work, learning disabilities/autism, safeguarding, supporting and motivating staff, knowledge of welfare benefits, risk and needs assessments, key working, and good domestic and budgeting skills.
