We are looking for an enthusiastic Training and Support Worker, who will play a pivotal part in the development of our programmes and training, through sharing partner insight, understanding the latest evidence and landscape of workplace inclusivity and keeping abreast of other providers in this space.
You will be required to travel regularly to deliver face to face training within the community, education settings and workplaces.
You will have a track record of working within learning, development, community engagement or similar, ideally with experience of supporting communities with additional needs.
Our Training and Support Worker will need to embrace a ‘make it happen’ working environment, with constant dedication and a passion for making a difference as part of a committed charity, supporting disadvantaged communities.
