Care Support Worker - Tonbridge

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the individuals that we support lead valued and fulfilling lives.
• Helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability.
• Work from a planned rota which will include some weekends - rotas are planned far in advance to provide notice.
• Show compassion, patience and commitment. Be positive and demonstrate excellence by engaging with the service users.
• Be proactive, respectful and caring at all times.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the best care is delivered.

Contracts Available:

We have a number of contracts available to suit every individual that becomes a part of the Lifeways family.

• Full time - 37.5 - 40 hours per week
• Overtime is also available
