Job Purpose:

  • Empower our aspiring customers with transformative career insights, advice, and guidance, nurturing their path to professional growth and success.
  • Ensure customers achieve their full potential through one-to-one interviews and group sessions on all aspects of career work.
  • Fuel our vision and strategy by delivering top-notch front-line support, providing guidance and unwavering professionalism in diverse customer interactions as we drive our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Inspire and empower our customers to reach their career aspirations through individual coaching and dynamic group workshops, fostering ambition and drive.
  • Support customers to identify the range of employment choices available to them and outline possible ways forward, using a range of tools and resources to guide them.
  • Empower customers to overcome obstacles on their journey to success, tailoring guidance to their unique needs and connecting them with the right resources when necessary.

Administration Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional integrity by ensuring complete and compliant delivery evidence, aligned with our contracts and quality benchmarks.
  • Craft a visionary action plan for employment, and training, propelling customers toward their goals with determination.
  • Drive development to attract new customers and partnerships, including community organizations, Job Centre Plus, training providers, and Higher Education, igniting commercial growth.

Key Skills Required:

  • Possess a Level 3 qualification in Careers/IAG, embodying through your hands-on experience in the field.
  • Demonstrate drive and focus by being confident in working in a target-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication, empathy, and listening skills and the ability to analyze problems and propose solutions, always putting people’s development at the forefront.
  • Be ambitious, resourceful, and innovative in supporting our customers to find sustainable employment.
  • Empower customer growth by crafting compelling CVs with your exceptional writing ability.
  • Ability to network with potential partners, supporting our commercial growth.
  • Support customers by guiding them with interview techniques.
  • Computer, data entry, and MS Office skills knowledge required.

Education: • Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience: • Level 3 IAG Certification: 1 year (required) or willing to complete the qualification in the first month of employment.

Employability: 1 year (required).

Mentoring: 1 year (required)
