It all starts with identifying the needs of our customers and delivering a wow-factor service for them.
Within the role of Used Car Sales Manager you will oversee a team of 8 Used Car Sales Executive and wider responsibility alongside the NCSM for 15 Sales Executives in total. On a monthly basis you will be targeted on 90-100 used units. The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays + 1 in 3 Sundays.

A little bit about the role?
- Lead, manage and motivate a Team Sales Executives to achieve/exceed sales targets
- Alongside the General Sales Manager, plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns to ensure KPIs and Sales targets are met.
- Monitor and manage stock.
- Lead Management, increasing CRM and defining sales processes
- Ensure the proper and accurate use of all business systems throughout the team.
- Maintain your own product knowledge and show an awareness of competitor activity.
What you will bring:
- A proven track record of Sales Team Management experience within a similar brand
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Used Car market and stock management.

- The ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
