We are looking for a dynamic and highly capable Careers and Employability Lead, to coordinate and deliver the Careers and Employability provision, whilst contributing to the wider life of this busy holistic school community. The Careers and Employability Lead will be knowledgeable of current good practice, innovative, highly organised and have excellent people management and communication skills, ensuring our students receive outstanding career support.
DetailsThe hours for this role will be 30 hours per week, worked over 4 or 5 days per week, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. These hours are to be worked during term time with two additional weeks during the school holiday period.
You will receive a pro-rated salary of between £19,662 and £23,594 (£30,000 and £36,000 FTE) per annum depending on skills, experience and qualifications. This includes a holiday allowance based on 25 days per year plus 8 bank holidays pro-rata. Staff benefits include free lunches during term time, free on-site parking and use of the school’s sports facilities.
