This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in developing their experience working with young people in a positive and supporting role.
This essential role in school, with minimal supervision, provides leadership of the Careers provision across the school. Its responsibilities are to coordinate the provision of a quality careers Information, advice and guidance service to Europa students in line with statutory guidance and school careers strategy, working with partners and developing a programme of events, information sessions, lessons and trips that support this provision.
You would join a multinational and multilingual community of staff, committed to the students and furthering the bilingual and broad curriculum ethos of our unique state school.
Europa is nestled in rural Oxfordshire but only 10 miles from central Oxford and less than 2.5 miles to Abingdon.
- Salary: SCP 20 (£30,296 FTE - £6,463 Basic)
- Contract type: Part-time (10 hours per week), term-time only, 0.21 of FTE
- Reporting to: Deputy Heads of Secondary
- Start date: April 2024

We are looking for someone:
- positive, personable and an energetic self-starter who is a strong organisational planner.
- While previous careers experience is preferred, it is not essential, as for the right candidate, training will be provided.
