4 Month Temporary Contract
Hours: Full Time, 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am - 4.00pm Friday
Our client: a well-respected Higher Education institution based in the heart of Coventry are currently looking for a Careers Coordinator to join their friendly and well-established team. In this busy and varied role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to students, graduates and corporate partners and assist with the daily running of a variety of projects and events.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Providing administrative support and project management for events
- Coordinating activities related to employment projects
- Supporting the careers team by posting job opportunities and providing data analysis
- Coordinating planning, advertising, and promotion of career and personal development workshops and webinars
- Scheduling student interviews and coordinate recruitment activities
- Be the first point of contact for careers-related inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing professional guidance
- Assist with finance-related administration, including budget management
What we're looking for:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project coordination and administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel and Word
