Care/Support Workers Required £11.50 - 15.00 Ph. (Must Have Own Transport)

We are recruiting for Full/Part time Care/Support Workers for our clients in North Bristol. Experience not essential as we will provide you with full training however, you must be a driver with own car. As a Care/Support worker your role will be to support our clients with daily living tasks such as:-

· Meal planning and preparation

· Prompting with Medication

· Shopping

· Personal Care

· GP/Hospital visits

· Correspondences

· Access to the community

· Maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the home

You will work on a 2 weekly rota basis, weekend on and weekend off. Rotas are issued a week in advance.

Requirements:

• Full UK driver's license and access to own vehicle
