Job title: Caretaker / Maintenance Operative

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire
Contract type: Temp to Perm

Starting on: Immediate Start
Salary: £11.92 per hour
The role: The Caretaker will be repsonsible for minor repairs to, door furniture, a little investigative work (why something has stopped working or broken etc which will then be passed back to the helpdesk for an engineer visit)

There will be furniture set ups and set downs in assembly halls and at lunchtimes. Interacting with staff for ad hoc tasks, putting up a pictures or moving items withing classrooms within the school.

Key information & responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness within your working areas.
* Ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
* You will use your brilliant communication skills to effectively communicate with the team and provide excellent customer service
* You will need to have an Enhanced DBS. Blue Arrow will help with this.
