Contract Details: Part-time (21 hours per week) permanent position

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the premises and grounds to a high standard, creating a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
- Perform basic electrical checks on equipment and ensure it is visually inspected for any signs of damage.
- Carry out fire checks, including the alarm system, fire extinguishers, and fire doors, and record findings.
- Conduct monthly checks on emergency lights and water temperature.
- Address minor repairs, fix small leaks, and perform general maintenance and upkeep duties.
