The worker’s duties will include to install and repair of, doors and frames, garages, Loft conversions, framed and braced ledged internal plywood doors, fascia and bargeboards. Internal/external, ironmongery, all aspects of first, second and final fixes. Skirting boards. Architraves. Boxing ins. Splice work UPVC windows and doors. fitted wardrobes installation and any other work to be given as a Carpenter. Skills: knowledge of building and construction, good attention to detail, good in mathematics for accurate measurements, patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools. Exp 3 years as a Carpenter and NQF Level 3 or equivalent for the role, be able to read, write, speak and understand English to at least CEFR level B1
