Job Title - Carpenter Multi Trade

Salary: £34,000 per annum + on call payments

Area: Lyneham and surrounding area

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a leading defence sector contractor to recruit an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade to join their team working across MOD domestic properties in Lyneham and surrounding areas.

.A company van and fuel card are provided.

This role includes providing a general carpentry repairs and maintenance service across domestic properties, along with other Multi Trade skills such as basic plumbing repairs, UPVC door and window repairs, patch plastering, painting and decorating etc.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large MOD contract on a permanent basis. 

Day to Day:

• Working as part of the repair and maintenance team to provide plumbing services as well as other Multi Trade skills.
• Part of an on-call rota-  with on-call payments as an addition to the basic salary
• Providing a friendly and professional service.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or time served carpentry experience.
• Good level of Multi Trade skills
• Excellent customer service
• Full driving licence 

This role requires MOD security vetting on which all offers of employment are subject to the vetting being passed.
