Are you looking for a role with a leading Housing Association who take great pride in delivering the best possible customer service to their customers? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Carpenter to join the Responsive Repairs team in their Oxfordshire locality.
Your new role
As a Carpenter for a large Housing Association, you will be required to carry out a wide range of Responsive Repairs, with tasks including, however not being limited to, the following -

• 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
• Installing windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external.
• UPVC servicing and installation
• Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
• All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
• Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery.
• Ability to carry out vinyl floor laying in bathroom or kitchen areas

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you must have be qualifed to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5 years of relevant Carpentry experience, as well as have proven experience of laying Vinyl Flooring. You must also hold a full UK driving license as you will be driving a company van between jobs. Ideally, you would also have previous experience working within a Social Housing environment.
