Salary Carpet / upholstery cleaner required to also Manage the Business on a day to day basis with highly competitive hourly pay to reflect as well as bonus and reward opportunities.
Circa 35 hours per week, mostly Monday Friday but some weekend work required. Overtime available as well. Carpet Cleaning Technician / Management role.
We are seeking a hard-working Carpet Cleaning Technician / Manager who is honest and reliable person (ideally with DBS check / willingness to have one) to join our team of industry leading carpet / upholstery and hard floor cleaning. Full top-notch training and guidance will be provided along with very competitive rates of pay, bonuses and incentives, staff uniform, full professional and modern cleaning equipment, uniform and provision of branded 100% electric vehicle to travel safely between customers mainly in the Braintree district predominantly domestic properties. We also will upon successful completion of probation provide shares within the business to help build loyalty and expertise. Furthermore, we see this role as Carpet Cleaning Technician / Manager being responsible for the recruitment of other staff members and to bring them on-board.
