Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 days) across a 7-day rota, Flexitime, Weekend availability required

As a Carpets & Flooring Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in the busy, state-of-the-art store.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right flooring solutions.
- Assisting customers in selecting the best products based on their home and lifestyle.
- Handling customer inquiries and issues with confidence.
- Assisting with deliveries, maintaining product stock, ensuring correct point of sale, and upholding store standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year selling Carpets and/or Flooring (Desired)
- Relevant product knowledge (Desired)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales (Required).
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (Required).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Friendly, approachable, flexible, honest, and enthusiastic.
- Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
