Case Admin Ao - Band 2

Our client the National Probation Service based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a temporary employee to join their team as a Case Administrator. This is initially temporary role for 3 months. However there is a chance that this could be extended beyond that point. This position is full-time Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. With a shift pattern of 9am - 5pm.
The pay rate for this role is £10.42 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
As a Case Admin you will be responsible for supporting the business in ways such as dealing with case files for users of the service as well as support to reception answering any necessary calls, meet & greets for onsite visitors, data entry and diary management. Your day-to-day duties will include the following:
-arranging and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant databases
- Onsite visitor direction and support
- Data Entry
- Diary Management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in varied methods (Courts, Solicitors, Police)
- Liaising with service users to arrange appointments
- Telephone enquiries
- Use of inhouse data bases
- Provide additional admin support as and when required
The ideal candidate for this role will have minimum of 12 months of recent administration experience. Training where necessary will be provided. Being able to demonstrate relevant transferable skills will be beneficial with a respect for process driven tasks.
