This great hybrid role is for a Case Administrator (medical industry) based in Newcastle on the Quorum Business Park
You will need to have experience of inbound and outbound calls and have a fantastic telephone manner and communication skills
Working Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.
There will also be occasions when you are required to work alternative hours i.e., 10.30am to 7pm – this is done on a rota basis and is usually once a week, depending on staffing, but never a Friday.
Hybrid working: For the first 3 months the role is office based and there after 2 days in the office and 3 days at home although they are happy for you to be purely office based if you prefer
Salary: £22,500 per annum.
Your Responsibilities as a Case Administrator in Newcastle
- Manage a case load of clients requiring rehabilitation.
- Liaise with clinical providers and clients to organise relevant rehabilitation.
- Respond to queries in a timely manner and ensure relations are maintained between all parties.
- Achieve set targets.
- Maintain good relations with customers.
- Report to and liaise with Customer and Supplier Service Team Leaders and Rehabilitation and Supplier Services Manager.
- Good knowledge of the different types of rehabilitation we offer to all relevant parties.
- Good knowledge of the different departments within the company to direct queries and calls appropriately.
