The successful candidate will be joining a friendly and proactive team who are passionate about providing top level customer service and supporting delivery of the Councils statutory obligations.
Being a Case Management Officer, working within Regulatory Services, you will be multi skilled across a number of service areas. You will be responsible for processing applications, obtaining the relevant information to accompany the applications and ensure detailed and accurate records are kept.
You will also be responsible for raising purchase orders and arranging invoice payments, dealing with internal/external customers and answering email/telephone enquiries.
