SalaryR13 Recruitment are working alongside an award-winning company who are looking for a Case Manager to join their growing Norwich-based team. You will spend your day handling complex client queries, investigating and resolving these in a timely manner, as well as, being on hand to support clients with any other issues that arise.
This is a full time, permanent position offering a flexible hybrid working model, and is offering a salary of GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 DOE and a generous benefits package.

The day to day
- Handling incoming cases, investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Liaising with potentially disgruntled clients, providing support and finding diplomatic solutions.
- Liaising with and developing good relationships with suppliers, so problems can be rectified quickly.
- Ensuring agreed service levels are being met.
- Collating relevant data and inputting this onto the company CRM system.
You will have/be
- Previousexperience handling difficult situations(e.g. handling complaints in a customer service environment.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Solutions focused and able to problem solve and negotiate.
- Passionate about proving outstanding service.
