About the Team
Case Preparation and Presentation (CPP) is a multidisciplinary team responsible for preparing and presenting cases referred to the Fitness to Practise Committee for fair and timely conclusions. CPP is an effective and cohesive team and is the largest in the Directorate.
Legal support is a small team, that sits within CPP.
About the role
To ensure all Fitness to Practise hearings are allocated to a Case Presenter. Coordinate the activity of internal and external Case Presenters, ensuring that they have the right experience taking into account the complexity of the hearings. This is a fast paced, dynamic role, where the activity is constantly changing.
To be proactive in the identification and resolution of complex problems which may arise, whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail with a high volume workload.
This role will be the first point of contact for all external legal entities, so will require the ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships.
