Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Support to manage referrals into the service.
- Work closely with the National Probation service, Police, and other Criminal Justice and generic support services.
- Manage a caseload of individuals ensuring they can manage and maintain their accommodation.
- Contribute towards a high-quality standard of delivery of person centred support.
- Ensure all clients in the service are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
- Provide advice, information, and guidance to service users, developing knowledge of available services.
