Job summary
Children and Young Person Case WorkerFull-time position (37.5 hours)Monday to Friday schedule with some out of office hours working and occasional Saturdays

Responsibilities
• Provide high quality, end-to-end support to victims of crime• Establish contact with victims to assess the impact of crime• Provide appropriate information and support to victims• Deliver brief interventions over the telephone• Provide longer-term 1:1 and telephone based support• Conduct crisis intervention, risk assessments, safety planning, and needs assessments• Work independently and prioritize a busy workload
Requirements
