Casino Operations Manager

Digital Fuel Performance is seeking an experienced and dedicated Casino Operations Manager to join our team. As a Casino Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online casino clients, ensuring smooth and efficient casino management and exceptional player experiences.

Your responsibilities will include managing Casino Operations, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying and implementing process improvements, and providing support to resolve any operational issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for managing and training a team of casino personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in online Casino Operations
• Deep understanding of the iGaming industry and online Casino Operations
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in managing and training teams
