To assist the Duty Manager with the organisation and supervision of all aspects of operational staff duties, and to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety, cleanliness and general customer care are maintained at all times. To lead the management of daily operations for the facility during the period of supervision, ensuring that all service areas meet the standards required to create and maintain a quality facility. .
