SHARE provides the opportunity for residents to address a variety of social issues ranging from housing/tenancy management, budgeting to activities of daily living. We also provide service users the possibility to have short stays away from the home environment enabling carers to have periods of independence in their lives.
The aim of the service is to support our residents and people on the recovery pathway, so they lead more independent lives in the community, safely and to the best of their abilities.
