We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Casual/Bank Night Concierge to cover holidays, sickness and other absences.
Job Description
The Night Concierge will ensure the smooth-running of the site as a whole, delivering a friendly and efficient customer service experience to residents and visitors.
During their shift, the role holder will be the first responder to any emergency (maintenance, health or security).
There is no exact pattern to the evening, making for an interesting job, although there are specific tasks to be undertaken every day, such as cleaning of certain communal areas and assisting residents with requests and Ad Hoc queries.
This role is exceptionally dynamic and will continuously develop as the village matures.

Responsibilities:
· Build a good report with residents.
· Manning the reception desk and handling resident enquiries and requests
· First responder to any emergency (maintenance, health or security).
· Point of contact onsite with our warden system offsite call centre.
· Escorting contractors or emergency services in event of incident
· Receiving deliveries
· Housekeeping duties: communal area cleaning (dusting, vacuum cleaning and mopping)
· To be responsible for security of the site and general operations duties
Skills and Experience:
· Proof of right to work in the UK
· Must have a good standard of spoken and written English
· Computer literacy
· Excellent Customer service skills
· Organised and thorough.
Qualifications:
Although this is dependent on previous experience, ideally you will have one of the following or similar:
Hospitality, F&B or Customer Services / Hotel background
Hours and any other restrictions:
This will be a casual contract with a shift between 1800 and 0700.
Due to the nature of the environment the successful candidate will be required to undertake a DBS check - paid for by us.
Due to the nature of the role a level of physicality is required
