If so, we have a brand new opportunity available for a Casualty Claims Handler to work as part of the fantastic claims team of one of our close broking clients with a great office location in the Centre of Manchester.
As Casualty Claims Handler, you will work very closely with clients, assisting them with the presentation of their Liability claims and guiding them through the claim process in a professional and efficient manner ensuring claims are settled as swift as possible whilst keeping to a high standard.
This position however isn’t solely focused on EL/PL claims, as you will also be required to deal with Specialty Claims such as Cyber, D&O and Professional Indemnity. Therefore, any knowledge across these areas would be of great benefit.
Requirements:
- Casualty Claims Handler experience is essential, either from a broker, insurer or solicitor background.
- Knowledge and experience across the specialty claims detailed above would also be fantastic.
- Excellent communication skills are a must, as well as being able to deliver an outstanding service to all clients at all times in a fast paced environment.
- A proactive approach to work and proven record of delivering objectives to deadlines without compromising the level of service.
- Either qualified to Cert CII level or be committed to gaining the qualification.
Salary & Benefits:
- £25,000-£35,000, dependent on experience.
