A Top Tier, Defendant Law firm is currently looking to expand their Catastrophic Injury team in Southampton with a Solicitor/Legal Executive.
The Catastrophic Personal Injury team covers every aspect of a claim including liability investigation, policy coverage assessments and quantum assessments for all levels of the Multi-Track claims. The team works for leading insurers and corporate clients, and also individuals to develop their own client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work at a leading law firm with an international presence within the defendant market.
The role involves handling a variety of claims including RTA, EL, PL and cross border claims. You will be working with a variety of clients and also have the opportunity to work on high value, complex, sensitive claims.
The firm is open to consider defendant and claimant lawyers for this role. Ideally you will be NQ-5 year PQE although the firm will also consider higher PQE levels.
