I’am thrilled to announce a new vacancy for a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor with 0-3 years’ PQE to join an esteemed Personal Injury department in a TOP 100 Manchester Law firm.
As a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the dedicated team with a diverse caseload primarily focused on brain injuries, alongside spinal cord cases and amputation claims, from inception to resolution. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:
? Reviewing records such as medical, education, and case management documents. ? Strengthening and expanding our team’s charitable partnerships. ? Spearheading charitable fundraising initiatives and social activities. ? Coordinating enclosures for instructions to Counsel and experts. ? Engaging directly with clients, obtaining statements, and preparing instructions. ?? Attending court hearings, conferences with Counsel, and MDT meetings. ? Drafting bills and ensuring proper archiving procedures are followed.
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
?? 0-3 years PQE ?? Experience assisting with Catastrophic Injury claims ?? Proficiency in business development, marketing, and networking ?? Familiarity with relevant charities and experience in charitable work ?? Strong legal analysis and research skills ?? Ability to build rapport with clients and drive charitable initiatives ?? A solid understanding of relevant law and procedure
