JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Universal Consumer Products team, this is an outstanding opportunity to join the dynamic category team. Supporting the EMEA Senior Directors of Fashion & Living, and Food, Beauty & Care, you will work with the team driving the strategic priorities to achieve Company’s annual goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with overall execution and implementation of category strategy across Food, Beauty & Care (FBC), Fashion & Living (F&L). Reviewing ongoing progress against key KPI’s.
- Cross-functional data collection to compile weekly FBC, F&L reporting and quarterly budget updates.
- Weekly sell-through line analysis to drive conclusions and actions (internal & external data/info sources).
- Data analysis and sharing (Box Office, Broadcast scheduling, Home Entertainment, Retail, Category), sharing reports internally and approved reports, externally.
- Supporting Senior Directors with Product Development. Managing seasonality, tracking projects to deadline.
- Process management: including licensee contract status reports (business-plan submission to contract execution - according to the Company’s timelines and procedures).
- Provide administrative support including calendar management (cross-category Activity Calendar).
- Cross functional collaboration across Hardlines, Franchise, Retail Marketing and Promotions teams, EMEA UP&E direct offices and other NBCUniversal divisions.
- Cross category collation of best practices to share across FBC, F&L and other divisions when required.
- Building decks in PowerPoint and Keynote.
Qualifications
Excellent administration skills combined with the ability to balance and prioritize workload across multiple categories. Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize to frequent deadlines- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels, fluent in English
- Data entry experience and proven attention to detail are essential
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Creative flair with experience in creating presentations and reports (MAC & Keynote preferable)
- Knowledge in an individual category would be beneficial
- Energetic self-starter with a passion for collaboration and building partnerships, active contributor to a high-performance culture
