I am delighted to be representing this prestigious third sector organisation located in Dundee. They are looking for a Category Manager to join them on a permanent basis and help lead the existing team.
Your new role
In this role you will be:
- Engaged in people management
- Managing regulated procurements for the organisation
- Contract and supplier management and negotiation
- Keeping up to date with market knowledge
- Working and liaising with other Category Managers
- Mitigating supplier risk
What you\'ll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have:
- Previous and relevant experience with public sector procurement
- CIPS qualification (or working towards)
- Knowledge of EU procurement law
- People management experience
