An exciting opportunity has arisen to join award-winning Derbyshire Catering Service.
Are you passionate about food and enjoy working as part of a team? We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to work as a valued member of our dedicated kitchen team.
We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to manage all aspects of this busy Secondary School kitchen and to support other units in the local area. Are you ready for a challenge? The successful applicant will be responsible for a large, busy, cashless catering operation to include ordering and stock taking. The work is very demanding and requires a person who is a team builder and customer focused. Must be comfortable with all aspects of delivering a quality catering service in partnership with the school. To apply you will be ideally qualified to 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ level III or have relevant experience, together with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and possess a basic food hygiene certificate. Please note that it is a condition of employment that all Catering Staff attend basic food hygiene and Health and Safety training. This training is funded by the Authority.
