Responsibilities
- Meet customers, greet them and find them a table.
- Take orders.
- Serve food.
- Tidy up tables after use.
- Take payments.
- Interact with customers.
- Keep workplace area clean, tidy and presentable.
- General cleaning.
- Preparing hot/cold drinks and assisting Catering Manager in kitchen with dishes and cleaning duties.
- Cooking meals and making light snacks like sandwiches.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Timekeeping.

- Meeting deadlines.
- Knowledgeable on all products/services.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised on your own and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet and communicate with customers.
- Ability to keep the workplace in clean, tidy and presentable.

- Ability to serve customers and upsell products/services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good general knowledge of customer care.
- Confident and have good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of legal legislation on basic food and hygiene and the 5-star rating programme.
- Knowledge of general cleaning (washing floors, sweeping, clearing tables).
Desirable Skills
- Level 2 in Basic Food and Hygiene.
- Ability to operate a till and card machine for payments.
- Experience in a similar working environment.
- An understanding of the aims and objectives of the organisation.

The Employer is: FERMANAGH FUN FARMAlthough this is a part-time temporary opportunity, hours may be extended and it could lead to a permanent position. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.Salary: 16/17yrs £5.28, 18/20yrs £7.49, 21/22yrs £10.18, 23/24yrs £10.42 per hour
