Bloxham School is looking to appoint Catering Assistants who are responsible for ensuring that all catering areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. They also provide support to the chefs in the dining hall.

Job Role Overview of a Catering Assistant:

• Prepare and serve at meal counters, ensuring all areas meet top presentation standards.
• Keep dining and kitchen spaces clean, including sanitising surfaces and dishwashing.
• Handle inquiries from students and staff courteously and maintain a professional manner.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, and participate in necessary training.
• Perform physical tasks, support weekend events, and assist with various functions as needed.

Essential Criteria for Catering Assistant:

• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Initiative and self-motivation.
• Reasonable physical fitness.
