* As the Venue General Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of this exceptional visitor attraction which comprises a multi-faceted venue consisting of multiple retail outlets & event space. You will be responsible for the operational/financial performance and manage an effective quality operation, consistently looking to improve the quality of service across all Commercial Food Retail and restaurant outlets.
* Reporting directly into the MD this individual will be responsible for strategic client management, operational excellence, and manage budget and costs with a P&L in the region of £3.5m and responsible for a team of 35+ staff.
You will be the maestro orchestrating the symphony of the catering operations and your role will be to elevate the culinary offerings, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
